On a lark and to test the speed of my cable modem connection,* I
download the nightly build of Camino tonight. Camino is the Mac OSX
specfific gecko-based browser. And they're really making progress
here! Type-ahead find...works. Emacs-ish keys in the location bar
also work!! But no amount of hacking seems to make them work for text
areas. So Camino, once again, can achieve no better than second class
status. Which is kind of a pity, since it renders on the Mac even
faster than Firefox (which is saying something).

*how fast was it tonight? I was getting speeds of over 4 MB per
second, which is really rare these days...
