Not everyone can tell that you have expert knowledge by looking at your 
code.  Most people who might pay you to work for them won't understand 
your code.  Please, just accept that it is good to publish things in 
magazines, books and journals!!  ;-)  It isn't just good for academic 
careers.  It is good for a career in any profession.  Am I wrong?
