Here's one to ponder...
As one who thinks that government has their hands in waaay too much
already, the following has occured to me on many occasions:
The ideal government is one in which the legislature and executive
branch are occupied by different parties.
Why? Because it means that less gets done :-)
Just something to comfort the Republicans who are quivering in fear of
what the world would be like if Kerry gets in.
And in case anyone's wondering (probably not) I'm an independent...
Yes, I filled in bubbles for folks on both sides of the aisle today...
