I rarely post to the list lately but here goes...

I agree with Jerry, I have stopped reading *everything* that has come
across the list (especially if it comes from you, whether technical or
not) because of the political crap you have disturbed on this list
repeatedly.

I carry no party affiliation whatsoever, and as a result of your
comments, not only am I not swayed to any side, I am disgusted with
politics more than ever and am fairly disappointed at having to vote
tomorrow. Was this your intent? To disenfranchise potential voters? If
so, you have accomplished this quite deftly.

Once very active in MLUG, I have several times as of late considered
removing myself from the list entirely, but have refrained from doing so
because I have been a member for so long. Others who have not been with
us for as long as I have probably already left.

I say this not because I believe it will do any good, but rather just so
you know.

Besides, we *have* been talking about things other than the election. 
There's just a lot of election talk on top of that.
