C'mon that can't be very true. I've seen cloths make all sorts of weird 
shapes. Everything from keeping the outline of an object that's been 
kept under them in the past (the outline of your wallet even when you're 
not carrying it) to more interesting things like pants that develop a 
huge bulge in the crotch (that isn't the wearer) whenever the wearer 
sits down. The shape wasn't so definate in the pictures I saw to rule 
out such a thing.

On the other hand my personal theory is that the President is under 
alien control and that shape was the reciever for his mind control 
device. That's clearly why he stutters so much. It's a contest between 
his will and that of his alien masters. Long live Dhonar, supreme ruler 
of the Universe!
