There are any number of things it could have been, I could not get to
the image that was posted so I am not sure what you are talking about.

One thing I know there is out there it could have been. There are
packs that a performer or a speak can wear that will allow lights and
cameras to follow them on the stage. This small pack can be put
anywhere and when it is turned on, specific spotlights and cameras can
be directed to follow the person without the aid of an operator.
