The minute-long video shows Cheney saying he never met Edwards before
Tuesday night's debate, then plays footage of the vice president shaking
hands with Edwards four years ago. The video also contrasts Cheney's
debate remarks saying he never connected Iraq and the Sept. 11 attacks
with footage of Cheney saying there were connections between al-Qaida and
the Iraqi government.
"Someone who lies about the little things will lie about the big things
too," McAuliffe said in a conference call with reporters.
