You guys are coming up with many great ideas today! Forced, reversible
sterilization and fertility licenses is a new idea. People have talked
about parenting licenses before. We also had the idea of a sex license
today (a legally-required, legally-binding pre-sex contract).
Good luck getting these laws passed!
