If you want my full, radical thought on the matter, I think all people
should be sterilized at birth and only be permitted to get married
(straight or gay) and have children once they've passed a battery of
pre-natal (and bipartisan) tests. It boggles my mind that a license is
required to operate a motor vehicle, but people can pop out children to
increase the size of their welfare check ad nauseaum...
