Well, maybe Chad Whiting is an expert on what Kerry wants us to do, or 
maybe Chad Whiting just says whatever kind of baloney he feels like 
saying.  I think you should either show some evidence for this crazy claim 
or you should stop writing.

Again - totally baloney.  You just say anything.  Here's an article about 
how the Clinton administration tried to prep the Bush administration for 
dealing with the major threat posed by al Qaeda:
