Hmm...Well, there is a free speech issue there.  We aren't allowed to 
libel someone though, not even a presidential candidate (but there are 
special rules for public figures).  So the Swift Boat ads should be 
removed on the basis that they are utterly false and defamatory.  The 
other 527s should run on the basis that they are free speech, protected 
under the First Amendment.
