Honestly, all EITHER party wants is to control your money/vote. The 
Republicans want it to spend on juicy defense contracts (because that's 
where their funding comes from), and the Democrats want it to spend on 
juicy social programs (because that's where their support structure 
comes from). It has absolutely nothing to do with what's good for you or 
me. Either way, they're plenty happy taking from ME to give to SOMEONE 
ELSE.
