My right to bare arms is constitutionally protected. 

They have laws that say I cant have assault riles or a Tactical Nuclear
Bomb. I didn't see a change to the constitution to make those things
happen. 

I am pretty sure you don't need an amendment to outlaw it.

A woman's right to an abortion is constitutionally protected.  An
ammendment will be requird to outlaw it.
