I would not say a majority of us under 30 want Kerry. As for myself I will
vote for Bush. In addition a vast majority of the people I know also want
Bush in office. If you need proof go onto www.xanga.com which a lot of high
school/college age kids use, and look at how many more people are in the
re-elect bush blogrings than in the kerry blogrings. I'm not so sure you can
say the majority of ethnic minority groups will vote for kerry either, simply
because of the issues the republican party is pushing this time around.
There's too much support for immigrants and for minority groups for an
intelligent person to overlook. Certainly Kerry has appeal to some
groups...he supports abortion and is anti-war (well at least sometimes when
he's not flip-flopping), and besides Kerry hasn't even been discussing any
real issues lately. He only talks about how he wants Bush to stop some
campaign adds which Bush probably has very little to no say over. I'm not
sure how Kerry plans to win votes by doing that. You're right no country
other than the USA wants Bush, because Bush will do what is best for our
country regardless of the consequences to other countries, and they don't
want that. They want to put someone in office who they can manipulate, who
the UN can control, someone 'nice' who follows their rules. They don't want
someone like Bush in office who will mix things up, who will take charge and
take the battle to their doorstep. They're afraid of change, and Bush means
change, he means going after what's right and moral and making it happen.
They are afraid of that.
