I'd find those numbers hard to believe. First off as not being accurate
as to how many teens are sexually active and second as saying that the
girls are less active than the boys. My experience has always been that
women are more sexually active and from a younger age than are men.. due
largely to the fact that women tend to date and fuck older men. My
experience was that most boys didn't really become active til they got a
car at 16 while girls started going with 16yo boys at the age of 14.
That pattern was so strong I doubt it's not the same everywhere (in this
country).
