There are too many messages for me to respond to all of them. It's kinda
random which ones get a reply from me -- it just depends on if I have an
appealing idea before I delete the thing. If I don't reply, it doesn't
mean that the message wasn't worth reading. I read or skim almost all
messages on this list. Maybe it's like that for other people too.
