Pardon my ignorance and usual lack of studying all angles but are you all
trying to say an dell laptop with a b/g card isn't going to work with
netgear wireless?? I have netgear wireless and a dell inspiron 5150 still
sitting in boxes because some idiot bought about 300 plants to put out.
(me)
So am I going to have to stay with xp for the time being on laptop?? or
just use the 802.11b??
Teresa
BTW, my imac refused to reboot one day under osx or 9 so I had yellow dog
laying around and installed it, didn't have to change firmware or anything.
Was faster than suse9 took maybe 20 minutes?? Has worked perfectly except
when you log out with only one user it just goes black, doesn't turn off,
but I think this is common by reading yellow dogs message board. Also I
haven't gotten printer working but have spent a total of maybe 10 minutes
messing with it so I'm sure it's probably a matter of getting some new cups
drivers.
