If you damage someone's property, they can claim damages even if the 
property was not living.

That's a troublesome issue.  I don't know what to say about it, but if a 
woman is to have an abortion, it doesn't matter what she's done to the 
fetus beforehand.  Maybe children should be able to sue their mothers for 
damages inflicted in utero!
