Actually, I am not pro-life, I can see both sides of this argument, but I am
one of the weird ones, Christian, Republican and Pro-Choice. I make my own
decisions I do not tow the line.
I can reconcile this way.
As a Christian to me, sin and morality are items that are between you and
God. It is not my place to get involved with that. I do believe that
abortion is a sin, but I do not think Government should get involved in this
morality. Now I know Government says that if you murder someone it is a
punishable offense, fine, and this same thing can be spread to abortion, but
I actually feel it is a greater sin to bring a life into this world that is
not wanted and is going to end up in a trash can, a public toilet, sold into
slavery or worse.

While we're on the topic - what do you pro-lifers think about cases where
rape leads to pregnancy? What about incest?
I think the consistent stand would be to say that such pregnancies may not
be terminated. I disagree, as you would expect!
I agree that more adoptions would be a good thing. There are many women
these days who would make great moms but have waited too long to have kids
and can't get pregnant.
