Warning: what follows isn't even close to being politically correct.

I have it as one of my life goals to earn more than 292,000 per year.

In fact, I'd like to grossly overshoot that amount if possible. I'm not
even close to this goal yet, but you know, unlike a lot of people I have
decided to keep improving my lot in life through my own labors instead
of the efforts of others.

Where taxes are concerned, I don't mind paying for roads and
transportation (except AMTRAK), some government infrastructure, even the
White House christmas party.

However, I don't want to pay for people who want to loot the wealth of
this country. It is unvarnished truth that taxes are often used in this
country by the class-warring looters to "stick it" to those who have
been more successful. And I'm not just talking about the welfare issue
either. The guilty parties extend all the way to the weenie on the
corner with the "Assassinate Bush" bumper sticker who thinks I should
pay for his medical care.

Also, 33.89% is actually an *understatement* when you consider things
like sales tax, etc. 50% is really more like it.

If this trend continues, the end-game scenario will be this: many
people will say, "fuck it" and refuse to spend half their life working
to support those that can't be bothered to contribute and instead decide
to steal their way through life. And taken to the extreme, guess what
will happen? All I can say is that it wouldn't be pretty.

Seems like the only posts I make these days are when I need to vent. Oh
well. Flame away...call me a "capitalist pig" if you want, I'll wear it
as a badge of honor. I'm sick of paying for other able-bodied people
who quite honestly don't deserve a dime.
