Chris Columbus only did the first one. I can't remember the name of the guy woh did the second, but i think he actually worked with Chris on it. I KNOW this is a whole nother guy for the 3rd movie directing it and producing. I"m pretty sure. I don't think Chris's kids would have let him go off the book that much. :P (i still haven't seen it, but i will someday....)
