I had a very pleasant experience at Columbia Mitsibushi when I bought my SUV
from them a few years ago. They had a "no negotiation" pricing policy, which
seemed to me to match well the blue book price (the price obtained on the
internet, which is regionally adjusted). This "no negotiation" policy actually
makes the whole experience much more pleasant. I have also found their
maintainance department to be competent, friendly and honest, and now I get all
my oil changes done there, as well as other repairs.
