With the attacks in Spain that killed 200 people and wounded 1400 that
were most likely carried out by ALQueda. Does any one notice the lack of
sympathy by Americans. Its kind of like an "Who Cares it didn't happen
here" kind of situation. 

Does this go to really prove that Americans don't want to be part of the
global society and really doesn't care what happens overseas as long as
it doesn't directly affect them? 

I was having this discussion tonight over dinner and had a hard time
arguing for the fact that Americans cared what happens overseas and who
kills who (Unless it involves Americans overseas). 

If this attack would have happened in the United States would the
country be in "Melt Down" again like we were after 9-11?
