Maybe they really like their employees to download by the gigabyte. ;-)
Everyone's already made it clear that the company's been had, but keep in mind that they aren't going to believe that right away. You need to demonstrate that they weren't using their extra bandwidth (I'm assuming each had its own bandwidth cap), and that the bandwidth of one is sufficient for their use. Otherwise, the second there's lag, you'll hear about how your evil plan has ruined them. Also don't mention that they've been cheated. Nobody likes hearing that they've been had, especially from a new hire.
