One small thing ... How can 2/3 people not see my review as helpful? I
reveal a lot of factual information about the book and how it was written.
I reveal my identity and am willing to answer questions, if anyone has a
question (and they have had none). I can't take the negative votes
seriously -- I think they are coming from Slater's team.
