Thanks to those of you who have helped me to highlight problems with
Lauren Slater's "Opening Skinner's Box".  If you want to help some more,

...and give "yes" votes to the negative reviews (e.g., mine, which I've
re-added to Amazon about four times because it keeps getting deleted) and
give "no" votes to the positive reviews.

The positive reviews seem to be written by Slater's friends -- e.g.,
stmahler is Susan Mahler, a friend of Slater who is thanked by Slater in
the book!  "A reader from Boston" could be Slater herself, for all we
know.
