Well, a lot happened since 1994. Stephen would know more about this
than me, but the claim I had heard was that Mizzou had done a lot of
hiring and had dramatically raised their reputation. Maybe Top 25
is pushing it; I'm not sure. The Psychology Department has a goal
to be a Top 25 program, but that will take a while.
