OK, so 300 white collar jobs probably means close to 300 houses and 
a population "bump" of about 750 in the area.  On the flip side, it 
also probably means another 600 cars, and it will certainly mean an 
increase in traffic counts in the State Farm area of about 600 per 
day.  That's probably all above trend, but manageable.

Now, if they'd moved all 1200 people in Louisiana up here...that 
would be an event to plan ahead for.
