(I live in Minneapolis.) It's -15°F right now, but no fear - it's
expected to warm up during the day to a balmy -5°F. Tomorrow should range
from -18°F to -2°F. These are the coldest days so far since I moved here
2.5 years ago. Also worth noting - it's really windy! The wind makes it
unbearable.
The coldest day of my life, so far, was in Madison, WI, 10 years ago where
it was -28°F when I went to work in the morning and it warmed up to a high
temperature of -13°F during the day. But there was no wind, so it was
probably more tolerable than what we're dealing with here today.
