Political ads are almost never perfectly accurate.  People who simply
believe what is said in such ads are almost certainly mentally retarded.
Do you think anyone saw that ad and then told his friends "Hey, I just
learned today that Bush is committing war crimes just like those Hitler
committed!"  That would have been a good line for Jim Carrey in "Dumb and
Dumber."

So I don't think it matters much.  There will never be a law suit partly
because of the absurdity of the claim and partly because you are allowed
ot say almost *anything* about a public figure.  (Remember the supreme
