Oh rats.. now that was irresponsible of me.
I'm http://www.cepel.org, not http://www.cepal.org, which I assumed did
not exist. Turns out it does.
So.. in case you really were thinking of 'teaching me a lesson', don't
bother the poor folks at http://www.cepal.org/
And know that http://www.cepel.org wouldn't necessarily suffer from such
an attack.. no one cares if my webpage is available or not... but the
other accounts on my provider's machine would suffer, and that would be bad.
Anyways. Being a smart-alec got me in trouble again.
