Irresponsible.. whatever.   I'm finding both of you goofy.  Am I regretting posting the initial post.  Sure.. of course.

So I feel that a sarcastic comment that most folks with an IQ over 5 (which is bizarre, 'cause I know for a fact that Lloyd is about 10 billion IQ points over me) know I don't seriously want to see happen... that some illegal and immoral action might actually take place because I suggested it.  Do I think its irresponsible as you and Lloyd suggest.. Yah whatever.

The most irresponsible thing I did was to post something inflammatory to a list and end up spamming a bunch of inboxes...   That's all i'm sorry for.

As far as a DDOS attack against http://www.cepal.org/  .... wouldn't bother me a bit.  Bring it on. I'm ready.

I can take it by your posts that you and Lloyd never make off hand comments in conversations or in email being sarcastic or whimsical.  Because that would be 'bad'.  I'm sure you're much more disciplined than that.  Oh please.  Whaaa.

The fact of the matter is I said something against something you seem to support, and so you wish to paint me as something terrible for utterly ridiculous reasons.

Whatever.

If I'd attacked something you don't support, you'd have either agreed, or ignored it... even if you thought my sarcasm to be childish or something.

Whatever.  Yah.. you've put me in my place.

Hello.... it was just a whimsical wish... not a 'call for a DDOS'.

More specifically, I was referring to their TV commercials...

Regardless.  You wrote, "Why can't the chinese technoterrorists launch a DDOS against moveon.org."  That's irresponsible.  In retaliation, why can't one of these (insert country of origin here) (insert buzzword prefix here) terrorists launch a DDOS against http://www.cepal.org?  Asking questions like that makes YOU prone to attack.  It's just not a good idea to do it.

As for moveon.org: they're questioning the actions of the most powerful man in the country.  Don't agree with what they're saying?  Fine.  But they have *every* right to say that.  He's a public figure.  He's made some bad choices.  There's an election coming up.  He's fair game.  Truth of the matter is, the White House is being called on some things they should be called on.  That's what's beautiful about free speech.  Free Republic does the same thing from the other side.  MoveOn is just a bit more juvenile.  Or a lot more.  But they're certainly not slandering or committing libel against anyone.
