Actually I just realized that my last didn't make much sense... as I had chosen not to continue a though.

I was not suggesting that it was possible to DDOS television...

I was going along the lines that their TV commercials are what I find irritating, and fortunately there are more restrictions on them that are unrelated to 1st Amendment rights granted.  I'm hoping that legal backlash does indeed materialize, even if only libel litigation.   (I realize this last doesn't make much sense... I'm a little out of it a.t.m.)

Hello.... it was just a whimsical wish... not a 'call for a DDOS'.

More specifically, I was referring to their TV commercials...

Because if you don't agree with something on a site you can apparently
call for a DDOS on that site. I'm sure if I said, "Oh man, I wish
someone would launch a DDOS attack against freerepublic.com!," some
conservative shill sould jump down my throat. But instead of berating
anyone, I'll just say this:

Last time I checked, the First Amendment(TM) was still in effect.
Moveon.org is a site run in America BY Americans, meaning they have the
right to write, print or post anything they want ON THEIR PROPERTY
(i.e., site), so long as it does not hinder my right to life, liberty,
etc., etc. If you don't like what a site has to say, don't visit it -
that's your right. I wouldn't call for a DDOS on a site that I don't
agree with, I'd simply not waste my precious time looking at it.

*sigh*

And why would they need to do that?
