Not to argue with the fact that Stardust's return will be difficult to 
manage, but most of the articles I read portrayed the actual rendezvous 
as the major hurdle to overcome.  This is because the thing would be 
riding in the wake of the comet, and would be subject to debris, etc.  
Stardust did deploy some special shields prior to entering the "danger 
zone", but it was apparently still a pretty dicey situation.  
Additionally, a couple maneuvers were required for camera and antenna 
alignment, and there was apparently a lot of associated risk, again due 
to the fact that the area was full of debris.  Just some interesting 
stuff, thought you might like to know...
