RadioTochka.com is the one...  The URL given by Winamp's shoutcast 
browser is:
http://www.shoutcast.com/sbin/shoutcast-playlist.pls?rn=2060220&file=filename.pls

And I'm wondering if said Russian school would accept an adult...  I 
went out and bought the first-year russian textbook and tapes a while 
back but didn't get very far :-(  I speak passable Spanish but would 
like to add a third language (no guys - PERL doesn't count!).
