I'm not so sure about that. We are currently 2 for 2 with getting our
tech articles posted to Slashdot. One was an explanation of an Intel
patent for clock-locking, and the other was an (admittedly horrendous)
article about video card history that I nearly strangled the other guy
for posting without me putting my red pen to it first. Both articles
hit off just a single solitary submission to Slashdot by me.

Again, we're 2 for 2. I was just of the mindset that it would increase
our chances that much more with a larger number of submissions. You
speak like one with "behind the scenes" info about how stories are
selected - do you have any info to share?
