Thats why I said "I'm not sure" rather than my usual "you're wrong Mike" :-)
And I know that they do own gas lamps, and that the filaments they use in those are what was used to make the "backyard" nuclear breeder reactor mentioned here about 6 months ago, so yes, they do manage nuclear materials, technically speaking ;-)
