It's a lot more convincing than "I didn't shoot him, the gun shot him!,"
and it is a valid defense in a lot of cases. I'll bet that most computers
that scan me are being controlled by someone other than the owner. On the
other hand, can we no longer prove anything? I think that very highly
skilled users are going to have a hard time defending themselves that way,
especially if they have a previous conviction or arrest.
