Exporting to PDF is nice - and it's neat to include it in the OS. We set up
a nice solution to PDF creation here in our office.
All our windows desktops have a colour postscript printer driver, set to
print to file.
Users can then print any document to a samba share we set up. When they save
a file there, samba launches ghostscript which then converts their
postscript doccument into a PDF file and deletes the original postscript
file.
