What do you mean by not being able to login? Is her Sam Corrupted? Does she have a back door account on the box she could try?
Did she forget her password? Is she running an up2date AV program?
That should be enough questions to start with.

Jennifer asked me to ask this for her.. Her Win2k box is having multiple
problems tonight. Putty keeps locking up, it won't let her send email,
and when she tried rebooting it she is no longer able to logon. Any
