I'm not a lawyer either, and I don't know what to think. Here are some

Key lines:
"The iTunes Music Store sells products to end user customers only."
"You shall be authorized to use the Products only for personal,
noncommercial use."
Does the first line mean that you can't be a reseller? The second line
surely means that you can't use the file in your work as a DJ, but does
that also mean you can't sell it? I'm not sure. Aside from those two
lines, I didn't see anything that would prevent the purchaser from selling
his file.
