Possibly, but I doubt this guy is a lawyer, and those agreements sometimes reference other documents which may not even be available to the end user "agreeing" to them.

I was refering to the fact that you're not allowed to use most purchased music for public listening. It's the same with VHS and DVD as well. You have to pay a different fee to rent or show it to large groups.
I might be wrong though, a good lawyer might argue it down to just one person.
