With HP, they surely have a few different numbers. If you have questions
about a problem with a server-class machine, you get someone good. If
your printer didn't work because you didn't hit the "on" switch, you're
probably going to be calling a trained monkey (same if your printer didn't
work because they sent you a bad printer!)
