NTFS resizer?
What about latest Partition Magic, the DOS binary of it?
Pop in a a Bootable DOS diskette that loads the CD-ROM drivers like
win98sc.img from i think bootdisk.com or something then burn the directory
of Installed Partition Magic onto a CD or at least the DOS part.

pop it in, goto that Directory, load pmagic.exe, then resize your
NTFS.

It isn't the linux way but it does the trick.
