And with noatime option on (file access times are not being stored), we
still have the time stamp for last modification, right?  So storing access
times only gives us information about when a file was last read or
executed because we already have information about the last time the file
was written to (modification).  Is that correct?  I'm assuming that file
"access" means either read or write or execute.
