Here is a couple pictures of the room we can meet in:

It has firewalled\filterd internet access. It would be Bring Your Own Network (BYON), we have 2 network jacks in the room. You would also need to bring your own power strips. I will have to check on when we can have it.
If anybody is looking for something to do the can install Linux on my test computers:

Hmm... might be worth the trip if we want to do something involving the net, I doubt the libraries will accommodate internet access for the machines we're working on. What sort of evil deeds shall we perform at such a meeting?
I can bring a computer that is overdue for being reformatted, and a set of SuSE 8 disks. I have even older distro's of slackware and RH. The existing keyboard is PC/AT and the mouse is serial, but I have a USB card as well. It's a 500mhz with 64mb of ram. I've got crossover, normal cable, and a 4-port hub if anyone wants to bring another PC. Also I have a laptop with no data input other than a keyboard (still doesn't recognize its NIC). It has a partial install of slackware, if anyone wants to play with it and see what magic they can do. If nothing else, it could support any demonstration based around VI. ;-)
I can also bring a 6 plug (half on battery, half just surge) UPS. I've given up on using power strips, none of the power companies in Missouri seem to realize that a 20 second power outage is not a good thing. 60 seconds and they start to care, but not too much. An hour and they might actually do something about it.
Anybody else interested who'd be bringing hardware?
Anybody have an idea what we should do with said hardware?
