As long as we leave all the vices outside, I know the JC library does, and it's the same library system as the Columbia library, so I would assume the rules are the same.
We have had various geek meetings in the JC library for years. The local chess club meets there every wednesday evening. (At least I think it's still wednesday, they've had to move it before, and I've not been in almost a year.)
