Actually I was being silly.

I have meetings all the time.. just I'm the only one here. The software
demo was a bad joke in ragard to women.

Official meetings should be left open to teenagers. That should either
mean no alcohol or meetings in a location where some people can drink and
other don't have to. My teenage meetings of this kind were usually in
pizza joints. Hang out meetings is fine in adult locations though.

I gave up women (as well as alcohol, caffine, and other vices) so it
really doesn't mean much to me. I just find it a funny subject.
Actually opening up Linux to non-white teen to middle age white guys is of
interest to me though. I'd like to see more women interested in technology
in general and especially in opensource. Since opensource programmers tend
to develop what they'd like then if you can get more women to develop
opensource software then naturally more women will find what interests
them in Linux. I think for one that women would do a better job at
developing more family-oriented software. Children's games, family
management software, things of that sort.
