It is called APS or Advanced Procurement Systems.
It allows our Store to track inventory, it allows end users to order
inventory, it also has a section that allows us to have all of the
vendors, and all bids in it. It is a pretty robust program, just out
dated. There is not much on market to replace it. We have looked into
having it rewritten, but it is too complex, and the users too resiliant to
change :-\ Sooo.... were stuck that the moment.
