one type of goals would be working together on some projects.

instead of promoting the use of open source, i have about 6 os projects i
would love to get going, but a) doing it by myself would be a killer, and b)
what fun would that be? :) it would be cool to rally the mlug troops and
start developing a few of these ideas...

i don't have much in the way of money and hardware to donate(even with a
fulltime career), but programming skills, ui development and information
architecture sure...and a growing experience with unix/linux and server set
up to volunteer.

be kinda cool to build something all together. besides, i've only ever met
two people (face to face) from the list...everyone else is simply an email
address and signature...it would be cool to hook up and start some meetings.

: Sorry about the new thread. The list going down screwed up my reply.
